Before I go any further, bear in mind that this is a used replica watch. I'm fairly certain the previous owner opened it before it got to me.

The watch was not running on arrival. The original owner had it for < 2years before it began exhibiting problems. I assume it was working fine until that time. As noted, the minute hand is loose on the canon pinion, so hand alignment with the hour hand is off. The seconds hand appears to be bent up at an angle, maybe touching the glass. This could be what’s preventing the watch from running. There also appears to be some kind of residue on the minute hand. It could be oil from human skin.
