Here's an example with an accutron 214. The signal is considerably less well defined due to higher-order harmonics in the watch signal. You can see the pulses come at the proper 360Hz, but there are two peaks per pulse. My assumption is the tines are somehow out of phase with each other, possibly due to debris on the tines (since the regulators on the tines appear to be balanced).

Very simple. The microphone has some kind of mini-DIN connector with three contacts. Two are for DC power (around 9V from a 9V battery seems to do, since I was getting so much noise from the DC signal generator). The third is the signal, which at zero sound is halfway between the VCC and GND. I use AC coupling on the scope to throw in some capacitance to bring the mean of the signal to 0V instead of 4.5V, to allow more precise measurement. The actual connection is a basic 1x BNC scope probe.
