sometimes I treat myself to a sauceless veggie burger but it's not the best option.
If you just get one smallish item very occasionally as a meal it's not goal-destroying and is much much better than binging or going all out on a cheat day. Just don't set your calorie goals too low and a ~400 calorie meal isn't bad whatsoever.
