What's a realistic/good amount of loss for someone who's already on the lower end of a healthy BMI? Over the past few months I've been averaging 0.5lb a week (not every week consistently, but it works out that way on a whole). Is that "good"? I was happy with that rate tbqh, but after recently seeing so many others posting about losing 1lb or more a week I'm starting to doubt myself. Maybe they started at a higher point than me, but still.

I saw a down jacket I liked today with the a red filled circle logo and the brand began with a 'c'. It wasn't cavempt though the logos did look very similar

trying to find a jumper that i've seen a couple times recently - google isn't helping

It was all red except some sort of Soviet/Chinese design around the lower chest that was wider than it was tall. I think i remember yellow stars on it and the colors of the russian flag. If anyone knows what it is help pls ty <3
