Yeah I don't really care much about my information being stolen. Privacy is a luxury that too many people value. It might sound naive but I think a lot of people who feel violated when someone reads their emails are stupid. I'm pretty sure the companies share my view. If there are people willing to pay for that useless information then why not sell it? I mean, they're using your email service, surely they must know what they're giving up, right?

Anyway I like the way Google treat some people. I generally feel like they're a force for good in the digital age. There's a lot of awesome in that company and the people who work for them. They can afford to try things to boost productivity that no other company would try, and it works! It really works! I think that's why I prefer them over something like Apple. It's not all about the money to Google. It feels like they care.

I for one, welcome our new search engine overlords. Google is the new Skynet, and I couldn't be happier about it.
