Wrong. I can't believe mealcucks are this stupid. I eat like a KING and have massive dinners and since I'm not a sugar burner I'm not hungry all day and have extremely stable energy levels.

Also with intermitted fasting you can eat a bit more because:
-When we fast, insulin decreases dramatically (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15640462))
