you can get a boot widener that is kind of like the front half of split wooden shoe tree but the back has a long metal handle. you crank the handle and it seperates the front halves outward to widen the boot. some people recommend spraying a little watered down rubbing alcohol inside the boots as well.

i bought mine on eBay from China but never ended up using it. the boots have just widened a little on their own.
