Yeah it's very normal. When I used to run track/ lift weights in highschool I would come home and gorge myself on strawberries and my mother's cooking and I was still shredded out of my mind. I guess your body knows when to stop, I'm not really sure.

This hit too close to home.

My best friend who used to be my thin inspiration is now getting (skinny) fat. We haven't seen each other in over a year (since we go to school in different states). But I can slowly see him gaining weight through Instagram. This is hard to watch.

I don't think I'll ever be thinspo. I have a really hard time focusing on my work when I'm fasting. I drink lots of water but it only helps for 20 or 30 minutes. I've lost some weight but I'm not skinny enough to be happy.
