Any vintage Omega dudes in here? I wanted to pick this one up (ref 1660216), but this particular one only comes with the date instead of the day/date variation. Looking all over the internet and other places, I can't find another date only watch with this configuration. What could be the reason, Frakenwatch? To be honest I think it's a lot cleaner without the day window, but I don't really want a mismatched example either.
