I like mine a lot, it's an Uncle Seiko waffle strap. I guess they're a bit over your budget, but they're good and I think they ship internationally.

Marinemaster is a line of watches. The one commonly known as the MM300 is automatic. Pic related is also a 300m rated Marinemaster, but it's quartz.

Yeah I've been using that one for the last week or so and it looks great. Nylon is just way more comfortable and nato straps are dirt cheap so I bought a bunch.
