Left was on the way to the beach. Right was me cursing myself for not bringing a thicker jacket on the walk back.

But for this fit specifically your shirt is too small (looks like you can't button the neck) and your pants are sitting too low. As a rule of thumb if you're wearing a waistcoat there should be no shirt showing between it and the pants.
Also I sincerely hope those things on your feet are slippers and not the shoes you wore out.
