I thought so at first but I actually really like it on both watches now. The dial + hands are the closest to the original tuna which is why I like it better than the merkur and other chink tunas.

The original tuna is literally one of the best designed watches ever. It looks good on anything and it's wearable by even the filthiest of wristlets because of the short L2L.
