I really am having issues with my hair. I'm not balding or anything, I hope, but the strands are really wispy and thin. My head as a whole is covered, but my hair looks dry and not at all shiny.
I am a fat cunt, at least slightly, and I don't work out. I also don't follow a diet regimen, or take supplementation of any kind. Is there anything I can do in those regards to fix my hair? Thanks.
