If we're being real here, dark and faded colors. Grey, maroon, brown, olive, navy, and always something black. I think it blends well with certain parts of terrorwave or deepwebcore. Minimally branded simple hoodies, sweatshirts, faded t shirts, black jackets, dark jeans or cargo pants, boots or sneakers you see in the terrorwave explanation image. Oddly enough, the Jon Bernthal had a very Doomer aesthetic going for him in The Punisher, especially in the beginning of season when his character was actually depressed. Blousing your boots is hit or miss but can work.
