those are guidis but the shape is somewhat similar to midcentury combat boots from europe, and these ones from japan
the american combat boots ive seen are a little more bulbous and club shaped

try military antique stores. not surplus, but real antiquarians. they'll usually have original or reproduction riding boots because theyre popular with a lot of different re-enactors and collectors

Yeah, they're WW2 jap boots. Much rarer than most other kinds of WW2-era footwear I've seen on ebay, but not impossible to get.

I'm not sure on the history behind that pair's coloration though. Most look like pic related.
