Stick to 18-24 hour fasting and take a off day after that, but, go for small light meals, 700~ cal is probably the spot for you, well, it was for me and i'm taller than you, a lot taller, i'm 1,82.

So, if you usually eat some 1600cal~ a day at /\ diet rate you'll be off some 9000cal a week, which is more than a kilogram a week if you're still losing fat, but, results won't keep the same once you get to the range where you'll be losing more muscle mass than fat on itself, which for me and most people i know happened to around 16bmi.

Once you hit the fat skinny ass on the left you know you're losing more muscle than fat, but, worry not, some squats and more lose of weight will fix it at some 14.5-15 bmi. So, again, don't fast beyond the fat skinny ass point, it won't help and you'll destroy yourself, mostly your liver, for some reason which i do not understand, something to do with really low body fat.
