Is fashion, even for male, inherently effeminate and petit bourgeois?

Or can you still be fashionable when you're fit rather than skinny, manly and financially modest? I come from a working-class background and I grew up around men who dressed like men, and while I love to dress fancy, I still find solid but simple dressing styles and fabrics like denim, wool or leather to have a noble and tasteful quality about them. Of course fit and color layers and patterns still matter a great deal. Lazy fits with those fabrics can just fall into boring dadcore territory so quickly, and stuff like tight v-necks just seem to tasteless and try-hard to me most of the time.

If there are any fit bros lurking, what do you like to wear to compliment your manly body? For the regular /fa/gs, what kind of style do you like to see on fit/manly guys?
