Popular perception of men with long hair is changing in the modern age, though. Not seen as rebellious or alternative in the same way it was in the last century, though it still negatively affects our employability I suppose

Long hair isn't for everyone. Some people dont' have the right face shape, others don't know how to properly take care of their hair and it just looks like shit.
