Probably the most normal of my jackets. Super heavy Swiss wool felt, I wear it with the persistence shirts etc. Quite rigorously tailored though, one thing I've grown to enjoy more w all his outerwear is that it enforces perfect shoulder posture.

in some ways this is my attitude as well. The brand being intentionally obscure doesn't necessarily mean you have to embark on some philosophical journey every morning when you get dressed. It's more about finding design that's exciting and adapting it into daily life. For me this need not be any more complicated than wearing denim, a jersey tee and a jacket.

tbh i don't think most people notice that much. Some dudes find the tees + singlets odd but it's really not that hard if you're tall and fit enough and don't walk/talk/act like a mincing faggot.

The rough consensus so far is that more people like the tailored stuff, and most people like the idea - but wouldn't spend the money

Nocturn is really nice, I'm very happy with it so far. Has a few classic Sruli features; very distinct Field Dressing vibe.
Been toying with the idea of getting the Persistence knit from Cruvoir myself, can't decide whether or not I'm sold on the double breast tho. Might hope for a By Social Norms to come up.

Jackets I've got; Nocturn in black, Host in black, and the True Predation reindeer leather in black.
Couple of persistence shirts in white and charcoal.
Felling trousers in black wool to make a suit w/ Nocturn jacket, Curved pleat trou and the Long Con shorts from ss12. Couple of tees from Circumsolar, Crossed ring and Whalet in rose grey horse leather.
Reindeer leather is prob my favourite piece.

The best suggestion I can think of is probably Carol; plenty of stuff that isn't too wild but still interesting. There's a really 'dressy' air (for lack of a better word) to a lot of his body of work that would fit the bill I think.
