8.5 ~ 9 stone (fluctuates) 5'11 male, I've been trying to bulk for a while now, eating a 500 caloric surplus and using myfitnesspal for about 20 days and I'm finding it difficult to put on anymore weight from 8 stone.

Should I start running instead? Do a couch to 5k program. I'll still do calisthenics like pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and that sort of thing.
It might be better for me to lower my body fat percentage for the summer instead of trying to bulk and not succeeding.

Skeleton reporting in and you make me sick.
Being able to see your ribs, not being able to look up in bed because it hurts to breathe and not being able to carry a shopping bag for 5 minutes isn't exactly fun.

Being skinny isn't "fashionable", ottermode in my opinion is the ideal body.
You might think it looks cool (why?) but the truth is most people think you're weak or have some sort of disorder.

But if you want to malnourish yourself and be a weak little faggot then go for it, you won't enjoy it as much as you think you will, I can guarantee it.
