PLEASE HELP ME FIND WOMENS PANTS

I have only dreamed of finding a pair of high-waist, straight (maybe tapered) leg pants that fit me. Chinos, jeans, I don't care. Material, quality, I don't care. I just need them to fit and look good
my waist is 24" and my hips are 38" at the widest point. I have a very hard time finding pants, especially high waisted ones I can wear without needing a belt

please, any help is appreciated. women's stores just carry legging-pants, skinny jeans, wide leg culottes, bootcut, etc. I just want the equivalent of men's dickies that don't make me look like a lesbian
please help!! preferably under $100 (or under $50, I'm broke). but I'm open to anything
