I actually already have a Citizen that looks a lot like that. It's a boring design to me and even though I've had it for five years I've been waiting to replace it with a turtle design. I only wish they made a quartz solar turtle.

I have tiny little 7" wrists and it seemed like an OK size. Right now I'm wearing a Citizen that's slightly smaller and it looks like it could go up a few sizes. Used to have a similar Casio too.

The Seiko turtle is gorgeous in person. Head down to a jewelry story or Macy's and check one out.

Don't do it. Really. Unless you have lots of disposable income you will have spent almost $300 on a $42 watch. I sold mine for $80 a year ago.
