>It's quite hard to do staying in a calorie deficit for extended periods of time
that's because it's impossible to stay in calorie deficit longterm. You either get to point where the calories you get balance your energy requirements or you die

What's this obsession with weight? This is "thin"spo, not "light"spo. It's about low fat body percentage, not about low weight overall.
Get some muscles instead. At your height 135 lbs is acceptable weight to have sub 10 % body fat with some muscle definition, at 115 you will be just skeletor.
For instance I think it's widely accepted here in /thinspo/ threads that Brad Pitt's physique in Fight Club was decent enough. It's estimated that his weight at the time was 155-165 lbs (he is 5'11"). The muscle's density is higher than fat's and it's significantly more than the 15 % difference between muscle tissue and fat, because muscle in body has some permanent level of pump going on.

No, he's right. Being bulky is alright, but the ideal body for females is not the incredible Hulk. Tastes vary, but you'll gather more attention being leaner than OP's pic or obviously leaner than the Mr. Olympia look.
Of course, since your reading comprehension seems lacking, here's a clarification:
Lean != twig
Lean = Low bf%, adequate musculature
Muscular != roided out your ass
The classic example of Brad Pitt in fight club might clarify things for you. I personally think he could actually put on more muscles, but I'm not retarded and realize that women's preferences are different from my own. Obviously, most women will still find men more muscular attractive, just to a lesser degree.
>trannies don't like muscles and trad, that's why these strangers on the internet disagree with me
m8, you're obsessed
