Is "Rolex watches all go up in value over time" just a meme or is this rly a thing? Thinking about gettng my first actual watch, I have a budget of about 7k€. However, naturally I'd like to get something I not only like to look at and wear but also something that doesnt lose its value if there is a possible way to avoid that. I've read the quote above time and time again but I don't trust these fucks and I feel you guys are honest. Can I buy something like pic related and sell it in a few years when I want to switch up the watch for profit or is it something that will cost me hundreds if not thousands of euros over the next few years?
