I'm finally starting the point of seiko, there's just not that many options in other brands if you want a simple three hander with a somewhat special dial, if you go swiss under five figures the best you'll get is a faint guilloche pattern in black or white.
But, can someone help me understand seiko sizing? In all the wrist shots I see the watches look absolutely massive. Pic rel is 39.5mm and yet it covers the entire wrist, my current watch is 41mm and looks much smaller despite me having small wrists. Are the lugs longer than usual? Does seiko attract beta wristlets primarily? I'm aware of the distortion introduced by phone lenses but it looks like there's more to it.
