It's durable as all get out, incredibly compartmentalized inside and somehow keeps everything just where you need it even after rough transit. It's optimized for concealed carry and you just sling around to your front to access shit.
There are reviews on youtube that go into it better than I can. It's bigger than your dimensions, but if it's too big, I GUARANTEE that this company will have something that fits your bill.
