You need to lurk hard, but this board is mostly mens, hence the hard, so hit other places too.

The go to /fit/ advice was serious, draping cloth over an unshapely chubby body will not look good.
Bulk up with muscle, not fat, and you'll be thinner and dressing yourself in a pleasing way will become easier.
