Yes

It's exactly like the Maison Martin Margiela 4 stitches labeling.

The designers actually but the label on 4 stitches like that so the wearer could easily remove the tag.

But the 4 stitches became very symbol for MMM and became a talltale sign it was designer for those "in the know"
which is what makes this picture kinda hilarious because it wasn't part of the design intentions
