A lot of Indian stuff seems nice but I think it might just be because I’m not used to people wearing bright colours where I live.

On an anthropological note I wonder why India and Pakistan seem so fond of bright colours and have a really over the top aesthetic and afghans seem to have a really muted one. Even with movies for example Iranian and Afghan films are usually realistic gritty dramas and Bollywood is obviously Bollywood .
