this. although I'd say just save up all the way and get carol christian poell. those will last you a lifetime, goodyear welt etc. etc. these ones must be like thirty years old.

seriously, avoid fast fashion. in the end you're spending more money season after season than if you'd just bought one good pair of designer shoes.

almost don't need to say anything because a lot of them are such safe choices. that's my only complaint: a good deal of them, like raf velcros, prada creepers, etc., don't give your collection (or style) a unique angle because they're so widely agreed upon. something "different" like pic related (admittedly a more popular ccp piece though) would be harder to work with in a fit but IMO more rewarding

that said, all of those shoes are pretty tasteful, so I'd still say it's a good collection

too expensive relative to what you're getting (for my budget), and besides that the aesthetic is different. I always thought of visvim as essentially streetwear. they do mocs and stuff but the vibes are so different. I have a lot of respect for the look, but it's not how I envision myself right now.
