I can share some brands from my wardrobe,
some of them are no longer active but you can still draw some inspo from their lookbooks.

1/2:

Most of the time you have to avoid fast fashion,
made in china clothes are definitely in contradiction with the whole idea here, but the main reason is that you need good quality materials and construction otherwise you don't get the needed aesthetics.

I think these were already mentioned here: Engineered Garments and Nigel Cabourn.
Japanese avantgarde brands make really great stuff from boiled wool. Just stick to their tailored stuff and avoid futuristic ninja drop crotch.
Some brands: Viridi-Anne, Lumen et Umbra, CdG Homme. Also Julius has some appropriate pieces.

Vintage repro brands like Buzz Rickson are cool but price is way too high, I prefer good repro for reenactors, Atthefront makes really nice stuff (keep in mind they have cheaper equivalents of the same pieces, constructuin quality may differ), just don't go autistic and don't buy a wehrmacht full set. Officer wool shirts and slacks, M36 v-necks, US M43s, tanker jackets, mackinaws, overcoats, low boots/shark nose/roughouts — this stuff is great.
