I have decent forearms but wrist is still slim. Exercises will not increase yout wrist. Its mostly tendons and bone. Maybe bigger forearms will make a big watch look less silly. Heres how my 40mm diver sits on my wrist. The wrapping is comfy, otherwise it slides around. If i go one hole tighter, its too tight and a bit annoying.
