5'9" 145lbs

all it takes to gain weight is to replace meals with snackfoods. they are less filling and therefore are consumed more, but provide more calories. trip to greece eating red meat and big meals but no snacks = 10lbs weight loss. stuck with shit small kitchen and slow electric stove = less homecooking and more snack = my current weight. funny thing is I felt like I gained weight when I got back, only to shock of 10lbs weight loss. moral of story to be that you can feel hungry and fat or full and not fat. stay hydrated and eat only the proper meals, no snacking. go to bed at 10:00 if you have to, but remember that this is the root of all evil, to snack.
