Those two little holes with the vertical wires visible through them (somewhere bottom left from the middle of the movement) are the rate trimmers.
If after a few decades the watch starts drifting too wildly, you cut either the (+) wire or the (-) wire to adjust by a few seconds per month in the desired direction.
