Generalizing the views of feminism is inherently flawed because feminists disagree constantly. It's a relatively new movement that gained prominence during the rise of existentialism/post-structuralism. This is why the movement is so contentious - they fall victim to the same sort of false pretenses that the structures they are attacking commit.

tl;dr - there are plenty of feminists (I'd wager, the majority) who would call this reverse "thin shaming" hypocritical. The point should be that women should be encouraged to have any type of body (rail thin or soft and curvy) they want without societal pressure that is motivated (primarily) by unfair sexualization of the female body.
