I'm a 5'8 170 lbs girl who has recently lost 15 lbs on a ketogenic diet. My goal is 150 lbs, and if I need to lose more I'll take it from there but I'd rather maintain an hourglass figure versus a super skinny one.

Thanks for the thread /fa/gs, I recently lowered my daily cal intake again and I'll go running soon. Clothes look best on a fit bod, for sure.
