Been experimenting with grandpa colognes. Pino Sylvestre came in today. I like the herbal complexity but the sweet syrupy note is somewhat off-putting. 4711 is of course a staple at this point and girls surprisingly like it.

I have Cerruti 1881 coming in tomorrow after the tester was surprisingly a personal favorite of recent memory and a hit with my girlfriend. What other "dated" or old guy fragrances should I try? I've been wanting to get my hands on Kouros but I can't find a tester.
