Linework is too thin compared to shading or shading is too intensive compared to light touch on contour.
Jaw and teeth are made completely wrong (and it's not case of stylization here) and look rather flat than dimensional. Same goes with laurel wreath.

I don't want to be overly critisicing, so I'll say that skull sockets are done really well.
