This girls dress is from a brand named Balmung, which seem to make some cool graphic/patterned clothes like this. Slight colour variations between the white of her socks, dress and shoes keep it interesting and oppose seamless flow, which is done anyway by the dress's drape. Dress is loose and covers the hands. Again, hair does some cool stuff here with hints of green and purple rather than just throwing a big block of colour at you. No blue used in the hair, but colours that are harmonious with the dress.
