Be honest, how much am I missing out when I'm tight on budget and only getting zara perfumes?

I still get comments often that I smell nice. It seems to me that just merely having andy kind of smell that fits your look and vibe is enough. But I wouldn't know better since I never bought some expensive perfume other than some stolen testers from a black guy I met on vacation.
