How viable is it to buy a watch with none of the original documents or the box on chrono24

Ive heard that its not that secure but is it that likely for me to get a fake delivered

I saw that the Tank Louis in white gold goes without papers for about 6k on there whereas the Quarz versions cost 3-4k with documents
So Im truly considering going for the better model straight away
