imo rick doesn't work in real life. he's got a strong aesthetic and his runways look great but this can't transfer into the everyday life. today rick has inspired all/been imitated by all fast-fashion and streetwear brands. people going full rick often go for the most 'meme' rick-clothes and completely forget their sense of personal style. they end up looking like a slightly extreme zara-wearer-that-likes-offwhite, and only manage to be slightly above the asian tourist in paris that wears full-off white. only good rick fits i've seen are either people wearing his stuff as basics or using personal style, and some very very very rare cases of people going full rick with his most avant-garde pieces.
also i happened to be outside of the last rick runway in paris and it's full of people going full rick and i can guarantee you they all looked like shit.
wear ann D or some thing like that if you actually want to look good
