Personally I think these look terrible and I have plenty of bright colored shoes. Get an Easter AF1 low, the ones from 2018 are cheap and I think they look much better, similar color shades.

ASICS and New Balance (Made in USA/UK specifically) usually have nice materials and can be found on sale. Puma RSX isn't going to be any better quality than a cheap Nike. Adidas ZX and Diadoras aren't a bad choice. Made in Italy Diadoras are real nice, but they are more rare to come by now and won't be cheap.
