I think when you accomplish that, you'll be on easy mode. I've never been able to achieve that, but it's certainly my ultimate goal. I mean hunger never seems to go away, so, I think learning to enjoy hunger is something to strive for.

I know, it's complicated I guess. I've never had vaginal sex because I'm afraid of sex because when I was little I was raped (tmi probably, but he didn't even use my vagina since I was too small though, he used the other hole). Sometimes when I get depressed I lose my appetite so barely eat and then lose more weight. At least there is one upside to being a complete mess at life.
