Ignoring all the /pol/ in here, i gotta say Buenos Aires.
People here can pretty much do what they want, dress the way they want and it looks awesome all the time, don't ask why.

You can find a million different and sub-cultures, architecture is very similar to Paris to say in few words, and it is one of the cities that never sleep. There's always something to do at every hour of the day.

Fashion here is awesome, we have almost every single european brand, and local designers come up with some pretty good items that have little to none to envy from foreign industries.

Idk, I just love this place.
