Since I had the idea of buying the Seagull for Chinese New Year and Walking the Mountain and so on I've thought better of it. But I'll still probably eventually get one just to have in in the rotation occasionally, because $300 for what is effectively a swiss mechanical chronograph is really fucking hard to beat for the value. Even if it breaks after a few years and you find it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to fix it, fuck it, buy a new one. Or don't. But you could buy 10 of these pieces of shit and still be under a fraction of the cost of a Daytona.
