I know it's terrible quality and not /fa/ photo but I just wanted to give a quick tummy snap shot.

>5'9"
>145-150 (been awhile since I weighed myself)
>late 20's
>Diet is simple and clean. Almost no sugar, outside of fruit. I don't starve myself, I eat multiple times a day but not too much in one sitting.
>All body weight exercise. I don't work out any longer than 30 minutes to an hour 4-5 days a week.
