>Night after biggest gig with my band
>Halfway home I decide to turn the van around and head to the beach
>2am on a secluded coast and the moon was the biggest I'd ever seen it
>Passing around a joint and talking about how far we'd gotten
>Halfway through a gigglefit my keyboardist turns to me and she looks really morose
>"I'm scared you guys, I really love what were doing but I know it has to end sometime..and I'm just scared"
>"We all are, but this is the happiest I've ever been so we must be doing something right"
>This makes her smile and we spend the rest of the night watching the sun rise leaning up against the van
>Drummer tells us how we pretty much saved him from suicide since his life was going downhill before he met us
>"I love you guys"
>Wake up with each of them with their heads on my shoulder at either side.

That was three years ago, and it's still the memory I think of before I go to be every night.
