youtube has a lot of videos w/ recommended schampoos/condtitioners etc although fa would probably suggest nopoo(its worth a try it kind of worked but pretty disgusting if you dont know how to etc) other than that SMASH IN THEM VITAMINS like fish-thingy-oil?? and protein and keratin etc. there are some rumours about laxatives in hair but i think thats bs but hey i havent tried it and im still stuck in my middle length ;-;
