I need help to choose a conditioner, please. I have seborrhoic dermatitis, thankfully only a light case, and I have to use very a very light detergent as a shampoo (pic related with the ingredients), what would be a good conditioner for thick and numerous hair for someone with my condition? I would try them out myself but I've seen the ones from the brands in the wiki cost a ton so I would like to get some feedback if possible.

Tl;dr: I have both dermatitis and LOTS of hair, almost impossible to style, what's a good conditioner? I don't mind if it's expensive, I just want my hair to look nice.
